Once your application is submited you will receive an automated email confirmation confirming your submission. You will also find your confirmation number in the email.
 
ACC agent will review your
application and will contact you
in any case where he may have
any questions or if he needs to
confirm with you the accuracy of the
information you provided in case its inconsistent with the information that is in the system.

Once everything is finalized your application will be processed and an ACC agent will be watting for final confirmation that your application was approved and completed.

Next, ACC agent will sent you a final confirmation email confirming the completion of the service and informing you that your DOT is incompliance. You will also be reminded about when will be the next DOT compliance requirment due so you will now you don't have to worry about in until then, unless you have a change in you business informationaddress, name etc. in which case you will have to file earlier.
